Necessary ingredients to prepare delicious date truffles
20 dates fruits
1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of honey
1 glass of walnut kernels (in powder form)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
How to prepare
Separate the date kernels and mix in a blender by adding water for a few minutes. Then add honey, walnuts, cocoa powder and cinnamon and mix well again. Make balls the size of walnuts from the mortar you have prepared and add them to coconut, pistachio powder, cocoa, sesame… Dip and then serve.
